Hypergly - Diabetes Management

The Diabetes Proof of Dose System really is what Hypergly is all about, keeping it simple.

The product is called dpods for short. It is currently available through your local chemist here in the UK but can also be purchased through this site. These D-pods are available through the companies e-bay shop as well. Due to demand though, I've heard that new supplies are available as from end of July.

Below are my thoughts on this product. 

dpods in short is a Insulin Dose Management tool. It is also a pen needle holder (Sharps storage) but also caters for storing pills. (Also managing pills here as well.) 

How does it work. It is mainly aimed at the person with type 2 diabetes who is just starting out on insulin (What you might call 'That cross over period' when you have a whole lot of Insulin concerns and 'can I manage this new medicine' issues on you mind. Dpods also caters for tablets or just insulin or tablets. It helps you remember if you have taken you Insulin and or pills.

The clever design of dpods means that from the moment you place your pen needles in the daily individual pods you will never need to touch the needle again. Just think what that means. NO MORE DOUBLE DOSING /UNDERDOSING AND NO MORE UNPLEASANT SHARPS INJURIES!

To round off on this product I suppose that dpods really has been designed with simplicity in mind for the end user.

Why do I think it is a good idea. Well because I believe that we all have busy lives now and its that assurance which you need at the end of the day. Think about leaving your house - two minutes later ''Did I or did I not lock the front door?''

It's that type of assurance which dpods gives you, to know if you've taken your insulin or not.
