Hypergly - Diabetes Management

Steve is a person with late onset type 1 diabetes. He has had diabetes since 2000. He is a creative practical person who loves nothing better than to design and make useful objects. This could be making a table, chair or cupboard as he is a Carpenter & Joiner by trade.

Since having diabetes he has taken a very keen interest in products and devices which help with the management of diabetes.  ''As a diabetic I like to approach the product from a simple practical point of view. Is the product over technical for what it is supposed to do'' All those added gizmo's etc. ''As a person with diabetes I like the device to be functional and very simple to use''  

Steve is a Medical Product Designer and lives in Hampshire with his wife and four children.
